2018 Back To School Cookout

Saturday August 18, 2018 the Jasper County Mentor Program held the annual Back to School Event. This year's event was held at Washington Park Elementary School. Mentors, mentees, and their families all gathered for a laid back and fun cookout to celebrate the kickoff of the new school year.

All of those in attendance enjoyed games, snow cones, the playgrounds, hot dogs, dessert, conversations, and most of all each others company. All mentees in attendance received a Mentor Program shirt and a pack of school supplies to help them kick off the school year.
